Abstract: The UVES Spectral Quasar Absorption Database (SQUAD) Data Release 1 (Murphy et al. 2019, MNRAS, 482, 3458) comprises 467 fully reduced, continuum-fitted high-resolution UVES spectra of quasars with redshifts z = 0–5, with the primary goal of enabling statistical studies of large quasar and absorber samples at high resolution.
Other: This is a dynamic dataset; it is growing as new data is added. The DOI refers to the newest available dataset.
