Descriptions
Abstract: SHARKS is a deep Ks-band survey of ~300 square degrees covering large parts of the South Galactic Plane (SGP), GAMA-12h (G12) and GAMA-15h (G15) fields from the H-ATLAS survey, the largest Herschel program. These regions are covered by several optical and near-infrared surveys, including VIKING, HSC and DES, among others, as well as by the future LSST and Euclid. The aim is to reach a 5 sigma magnitude limit of Ks~22.7 mag (AB), for example, to match ~90% of the H-ATLAS sources up to redshift 3.
Other: This is a dynamic dataset; it is growing as new data is added. The DOI refers to the newest available dataset.
